Founded by Tommy Lofty, with over 15 years of industry experience, Tailored Property Maintenance (TPM) delivers a range of specialist services across block maintenance, cleaning, end of tenancy cleans, and gardening in London and Essex. Our goal is to provide bespoke services that meet the unique requirements of both commercial and residential clients, ensuring their properties are clean, well-looked after, and aesthetically maintained. We have been working with a number of estate agents for many years in order to ensure properties are given a ‘sparkle clean’ and left in the same, if not better condition than when they were originally leased – ready for the next tenant!
